John Rinek’s photographs are the result of controlled spontaneity. While the initial concept of each project serves as a rule for how the images are created, Rinek explores the boundaries of each idea, experimenting with different techniques and equipment and welcoming natural variance. By allowing the images to evolve within the parameters of the concept the finished project possesses both a structured and free quality. John enjoys traveling and surfing and capturing his adventures in photographs. He exhibits his work in galleries and international art shows and has shot editorials for esquire magazine and surfing publications. |
